Thanks for this- I broke my ankle and tore some ligaments and need a one legged workout!! Thank goodness I watched with transcribe audio. Otherwise I wouldn't remember to stretch my hamsters good.

When you are bending forward to touch the cone, I've found it tougher if you keep your non-supporting leg forward instead of using it as a "counter-balance".

My 2 cents: One legged squats should start off on a chair first.
One legged squats are a very POWERFUL and STRESSFUL excercise.
You need to be safe with them.

@emopussycore my guess is that you're underweight. athletic builds are skinny-slim, not super skinny. her legs are a healthy size and have muscle. i bet you're unhealthy lol :D

The one legged work out was an interesting exercise. It looks like something that you can do at home. Balance as the key...interesting work.

LOL I can't watch this with Transcribe Audio, makes me laugh at how wrong the text is. Reminds me of Don Vito from Bam Margeras show.
