I read a tbs of Honey and 1 tsp of Cinnamon and 1 cup of water....I lost about 30 pounds doing this.

Do I HAVE to boil that stuff? I have a Hot/Cold bottled water dispenser and it would be a lot easier to just put the cinnamon in there, the tablespoon of honey in there, and then pour the hot water over it. Also, I don't have a microwave anymore.

@ladywilddoc More like 100% whole wheat. Make sure the first ingredients on the bread packaging starts out saying 100% WHOLE ... and then what ever the grain is will follow. THAT'S how you know it's whole food your eating :)

Hey beloved sister! I absolutely love your vids and advise. I wanted to tell you that you should boil the water rather than microwaving it. It has been proved that microwaved water (or anything else) destroyes some beneficial properties of them. It doesn;t take much time to do so and it would be better for you!

A quick question: are you supposed to actually drink the slimy part of the tea as well? when I do it, the slimy part stays at the bottom of the cup and I did eat it/drink it. I just want to make sure I understand how to take it:) Thanks, let me know.
