Yes, the Bosch Universal Plus mixer can do 9 loaves of bread dough at once, watch and see (this is about 17 pounds of dough). Make sure you watch all 3 videos.

  • if that is her kitchen, she makes the bread, and knows more than you do about how to make the bread, why are you making the video?

  • in future videos, please let your wife do the talking and demo.

  • why did you call your wife into the scene when you were going to continue talking?

  • One should never use warm/hot water from the geyzer. The water from the geyzer/hot water cylinder is not clean. If warm/hot water is required for cooking it should be taken from the cold tap and warmed in the kettle.

  • why dont you just let the lady do it, its obviouse you dont know what your doing. she should have let you put the 20 cups of water in.

  • Nice video but you should study more. Salt is an inhibitor for yeast. Salt should be added to the flour and not the water containing yeast.

  • I liked your video. It looks like you are using the basic Bosch bread recipe. Except enlarged quite a bit. I use that recipe as well but I play with it some. I like to change up the water for other liquids, like using some buttermilk. Using a can of beer for some of the liquid has been very successful for me. Also I like to save the cooking water from boiling potatoes. The potato water really makes a beautiful tender bread.

I have to say I have never made 9 loaves of bread at one time
