@Snipe4261 I don't see anything insulting in the word cult. Besides, Eastern Orthodox don't believe that Jesus died for our sins, there's an old man in the sky, the BIble is absolutely literal(holy tradition tells us what is literal and what is not), etc. The difference is major.

@giorgiv18 Mormonism is what I'm referring to but I'm glad to see that you're willing acknowledge your own religion is a cult as well, even if we can't agree on what type of cult it is. I don't really want to insult you or get into an argument about it but if your sect worships Jesus for his "sacrifice" then the implication is that your god both accepted and required human sacrifice for human salvation. I don't really know anything about eastern orthodoxy though.

@Esrou Well, I realize what my religion is and it's pretty smart. I am an Eastern Orthodox. And, just for the notice because I get that a lot, we don't believe in a magic man in the sky, who shoots down lightning bolts at people, who don't love him and will send them to a place, where they'll be tortured by demons for eternity, because he was deeply offended by what he saw you doing while spying on you.

@giorgiv18 Its a sect of Christianity that believes, among other things, that Jesus visited America, Indians are cursed with dark skin by God, that jerusalemites migrated over to America etc.
A lot of people think it sounds stupid, but they probably don't realize how their religion is also pretty stupid.
