http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - this is a killer core exercise. Just load one side of a barbell and do squats with it. The unbalanced loading places tremendous tension on the side aspect of the core.

yep, it's a quite a different feel to it. You really have to pull down hard on the non-loaded side, just fyi.
