ever since I read paper towns [admittedly only a few months ago but still] I've wanted to go there! and bury a copy of paper towns [in a way to mimic the book ] but in a plastic box so it survives all time-capsule like for nerdfighters of the future.
problem is, it's gonna be quite a while before I can go there, since I'm in england and only 16 [I don't think the parents would be willing to take me]
but please, anyone else do it for me! that'd be cool :)

I'm planning a road trip for mt 25th birthday to rent a ford minivan and drive the 1191 miles from Jefferson Park, Orlando, Florida to Agloe with a few Nerdfighter friends :) And, as Margo herself once said, the fun is more in the planning than the doing :)

@cuppajoe17 We're going tomorrow! Where should we look for the book? Hurricane Irene just came through and 206 was blocked off for flooding 2 days ago. Hopefully we'll still be able to find it and everything will be ok. Will try to take pictures if we can get through.
- Best Wishes!!

@ObviouslyBenHughes I will take that suggestion! And make a counter video to yours and leave it in the video replies when i get back from my trip! :D Hopefully word will eventually get out to other nerdfighters who visit Agloe!
Best wishes and DFTBA

@vlogbrothers John-you should visit Roscoe and Agloe sometime! Before I had read your book, I had been to Roscoe dozens of times (great diner), but Agloe is really surreal.

I am so going there. Next summer once I have my license. Oh my God, I'm so excited! It's only two and a half hours away from where I live :D

Omg! ThIs video iS so awEsoMe.. (notice the random capital letters just like margo) hehe nerdfighters!
My friend and I are going there on the 18th of July in a couple of weeks and the google map link you put up is definitely going to help. I live in up-up state New York (Western NY, whatever haha) and we're going to leave a copy of Paper Towns there for other nerdfighters to sign when they visit. Thanks for the help!!!

@cuppajoe17 That sounds SO GREAT!! Here's a tip: when you go, there will be a bridge over the stream behind the building. I would suggest leaving the the book in a metal box, or at least wrapped very, very well in tinfoil inside a shoe box, and burying the whole thing under that bridge. Then it's technically on public land and there's no chance the owners of the general store will dig it up or throw it out or anything.
Safe travels and DFTBA! :)
