my dad is building his 70 el camino and i wanted to know how far down the the hood do the stripes go? cuz i know that they dont go all the way to te tip of the hood. how many inches or cm before the tip?

Thanks. I don't know "OFFICIALLY" but there is about an inch between the bottom of the hood and the small stripe. Good luck with your project.
