This video is a fake anyway. This clip was taken from a Flemish comedy sketch made to look like a documentary about some guy named Erik Hartman. Erik Hartman is a character played by Tom Van Dyk of the show "In de Gloria".

The transalation is TOTALLY different from what it said, 2nd this is from a show out of Belgium, idk if alot of peope will care about this but they might find this racist. Almost no1 here will know the show but we can hear its from belgium, they speak quite different from how we speak.

the host needed to keep his cool.that was totally messed up to laugh at that guy.even though his voice was pretty funny.the poor guy gets his balls chopped off,then humiliated on t.v.he better have sued the hospital for millions.
