@time4000 I let it run with the CLR circulating. Worked great. Thanks for watching!

I was wondering, after you added the CLR did you end up running the engine for another ten minutes at normal running temperature with the heater on and the CLR circulating into the engine? Or did you just add the CLR to the radiator and let it sit in there and then flush it out? Thanks

nice vid,...! I heard the black water comes from people having mixed Dex-cool coolant (the red stuff) with other type coolants,... I myself didn't know there was more than 1 type, but my brothers water looks like this so I'm researching ways o flush out his system,... I think people over the years of a cars life just pour shit in there no matter what it is, just as long as it says anti-freeze on the bottle,... and that can cause a problem,....
Ok so quick question how do you mix the clr and water or how do you put it in there i couldnt quite make sense of it

can i ask approximately how long this took to do? im planning on just running water through there until it looks ok and then using some CLR to get the deep in shit.

thanks for the video ! i`m going to use CLR for my radiator flushh next time , it really looks like it works ! . but , one question . . is it okay just to use CLR by itself to flush , or is it safer to have CLR + water ?? . . because in my `97 Expedition . . i don`t have the radiator cap , just the coolant overflow reservoir . . so ? wat do yu recommend . . ?

@FaaumuPride Dont use the CLR by its self. After you pour the clr into the rad then top it off with water. Run the engine up to temp then drain. Repeat if needed.
Thanks a ton for watching!
