I figured this out. This is circa 1972,Robert Culp was mentioning the upcoming theatrical release of HICKEY & BOGGS(of course this was before the eras of VHS,Beta and DVD video).

Hickey & Boggs is generally reviewed very positive. A gritty Peckinpah-inspired film noir written by Walter Hill it is highly sought after by fans of the genre. Alas, the only DVD version ever made (now out of print) was horribly transferred. I imagine this is something that is stuck in trust limbo after Culp's death.
