I like to think it's based on the new Hublot Diver 4000. Bezel is basicaly the same nad so the straps. But looks a bit better then Hublot, not so chunky.

Interesting watch, exceptional skeletonization, fantastic dimentionality, and a good watch in general...but at around the price of an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph...eh. I guess you would already have to have an AP Royal Oak Chrono to get this piece! ;)
