In this short speech,Senator Collins gives a good description of the troubling aspects in having all these "Czars"---Its obvious to me that the Executive branch is using these "Czars" to go around the legislative branch.Sen Collins makes a good point when she points out that the result of this is the diluting of the checks and balances that the founding fathers wisely wrote into the constitution. Not good.

When you isolate power you get REALLY BIG problems. In lieu of the TONS of corruption that exist in our government I gotta say that we need to stay clear of creating hitlers and secrets.
