Clubskills - Butterflies (Shapeshifters)

Song named resolved!
Got this song from MP3.com back in the day
I totally forgot what it's called.

Sorry about the slight audio quality issues, it was ripped from a heavily scratched CD.

  • its :

    - a remix

    -or a home-made song!

  • @luukie000 I'm 100% sure it's not a remix. It is probably an independent artist but the track does have a title, of course. Thanks for your comment.

  • I think is a remix of Alt+F4 - ALT+F4.....not sure but....it's sounds like....

  • lol, no. But thanks for trying.

  • yes this is from the 'Ethereal Melodic Trance Album"

  • more info on discogs.com/artist/Clubskills

  • whoops, not Norway, but Sweden

  • from Liner notes:

Musician is Jacob Herbst, also known as MELON.

(I believe at the time, 1999, Jacob was a high school student in Norway.)

  • from Liner notes:

    ABOUT "BUTTERFLIES"

Dance music with a relaxed ambient atmosphere and catchy melody. Most of the sounds in this song was created using software synthesizers (Reaktor, AXS, Reality etc). It's a catchy tune.

  • from Liner notes:

    History:

MELON was booted during mid 1999 and gained big success on MP3.COM with "Misunderstanding" reaching #3 on the overall TOP40 charts. However, the original idea of MELON was to create funky, deliciously styled house grooves, and I wanted to stick to that. So ClubSkills was created for the trancier clubtunes that were on the MELON page.

  • from Liner notes:

ClubSkills is the sister-act of MELON. ClubSkills was created to separate the funky house tunes and the kicking club/trance tunes. So that house fans won't be dissapointed and vice versa.

  • or any remix
