HelmetCam Vid, June 24th, Hay River, NT

This vid was made on the Lagoon Road in Hay River, NT. Within the first few minutes I get cut off by a cage, then five minutes later I almost get hit head on by a road grader ... fun stuff! Other than that, it was a good ride!!!

The setup is a couple of years old now, but I'm pretty sure it's (the actual helmet mounted part) is a Sony of some sort. The camera it's hooked into is a little $100 Aiptek that I got off eBay. The thing on the bars is a TomTom Rider 2 GPS.

Winters are indeed pretty up here, and VERY cold! That's why I try to get out on the bike as much as possible in the Summer.

Is that a Oregon ATK2K Camera?

Also I guess that is a display monitor I see on the bars?

Nice to see the terrain up there..lots of open spaces.

And I guess it's a pretty picture in the winter.
