This song doesnt just appear in the bad ending... its the fight between Emil-Marta+Lloyd...
...which sucks because you cant pause to just listen to it... and running in circles makes your finger tired after a few moments

Every time I hear this song, I want to cry so badly. The bad ending was just... I started crying... FIRST GAME THATS DONE THIS TO ME!!!

@tysonultima Actually, I don't think he really meant he hate justice. The word 'justice' itself, I suppose he thinks no one can ever use that word, which is the guy who betrayed Palamacosta. Justice can never prevail in this world. Evil will always exist, and Good will always exist. He said that due to his anger to the guy who betrayed Palmacosta. It's really hard to explain, but if you think for a little bit, you'll know.

This Sountrack is really wonderful. He has broken to me the heart because Martas letter was so heart-rending at the end. In the end, she has loved Emil and at the bad end, she could not get to know any more like he was real. She knew only one about that he would have done everything, so that it goes well to her. <3333

In the bad ending, Emil ends up injuring Marta, and he's shocked at what he's done. Lloyd finds out that the battle wasn't actually against Ratatosk, but Emil himself. Emil finally commits seppuku, turning himself into a core to lock the gate.
Man, this ending was depressing. Marta's letter in the end really kills you. D:

Bleh I don't like that they called it divine justice. If you played the first game you know that Lloyd hated the word justice. They should have kept it as Falcon's crest
