I have worked with many black men. Poor work ethics, unreliable, and difinetly not trust worthy. Never pay attention and too lazy to learn. Always arrive late and make too many excuses. Never hesitate to point finger and love to blame. But one thing they do best is that they can talk their way of of anything. Love to talk about their dick sizes but not about their brains. lol

@mallymar261 America is a nice place to live. I am black and I own my own business. I live a good life and had to work to get what I have. The thing is people don't try hard enough to be employed. There are plenty of jobs out there its just that some people don't want what is being offered. If you are persistent you will eventually be employed. There are always people out there looking for employees especially during the holiday season.

I wouldn't hire a black man either to work for my company. I have very few black men working for me. My business is running very smoothly so far.

These employers don't give a shit about your college degree. Everybody has a degree college now. That's why they say having a Bachelors is like having a H.S Diploma. Because you don't have to be smart to get a B.A/B.S anymore. Create your own job. You have to think of what people want not what employers want. Figure out what people want, there's the money.

So I quess since we "minorities" are qoinq 2 overpopulate the country by 2050, its qonna be impossible for a black/hispanic male like me 2 qet a fair job w/o discrimination despite me havinq a colleqe education and no criminal record....... Compared To a white man who's an ex con!!!!..... Damn America is all fucked!!!....
