  • @hotcolors0006 always best to do yoga on an empty stomach, but if you are too hungry that wont work. So have a meal but not too heavy. If anything watch my Supta Virasana video for a pose that aids digestion.

  • Hi I am 34 weeks pregnant, I want to start these yoga exercises but when I wake up in the morning I am always hungry, can't wait to do any exercise or yoga. Please tell me what is the good time to do these exercises.
