Again, Alex is playing hide & seek with his brother Joshua, but now in Hotel XD. Before that he needs a new weapon that can break this damn boards. Going down near a endless steep to get a Fire Axe. Then going to the Hotel...

If you're talking about real world it's yes, but on this game, no lol. Plus the Circular Chainsaw isn't really on the story of this game that's why. Alex doesn't have it on the first place, it's just a secret weapon for fun.
