Iraqi War veteran, Scott Olsen, served two tours in Iraq and made it home safe. On Tuesday night, however, Olsen was injured when a police-fired projectile struck the head of the marine, causing a skull fracture and swelling of the brain. Emily Yates, Iraq war veteran and friend of Olsen's, gives us the latest on his condition and gives us her thoughts on what happened.

  • When you join the US military you will be used as pawns for the corrupted US government and the global elites' New World Order agenda for profit and global domination without you knowing it that's because they brainwash you into thinking invading and killing of other countries is actually "liberating" them. During war time you are exposed to depleted uranium chemical, when you come back alive you are on the streets, when you are killed in combat you get cremated and dumped into a trash landfill

  • @MrCapitalismUS What makes them the trash of America? Because they demand change and economic stability? Just because they want the state of the nation to be returned to the stability it once had and they are tired of the status quo that all politicians and especially Obama and Wall Street offer, they are the trash of America? You, sir, are severely ignorant. I hope you wake up and realize that we will not have a free market or society if we keep the status quo.

  • @nibblerseven First off who violated their rights, they have been protesting for a month or two now. Secondly most of these wall street protesters are young people, who instead of going to school and studying are camping on wall street. I would not be able to spend 2 days camping because I would fall behind on my studies, then maybe most of these wall street kids majored in something useless like sociology or liberal arts.

  • @TheRightThinker Oh, and actually, pot really isnt that bad for you. I dont smoke it, but i know plenty of people who do, and heres the thing: most "productive members of society" dont smoke it because its illegal and theyd be wasting their money on it. Smoking pot does not make you lazy or jobless. If you are lazy and smoke pot, then youre just a lazy person who smokes pot. And, really, its not any more of a "gateway drug" than alcohol or cigarettes are. The main issue is that it is illegal.

  • @TheRightThinker I never suggested that the majority of the protesters were veterans, but you werent talking about all of the protesters with your comment.

Alright, well maybe you need glasses or something because actually most of the protesters just look like average Americans. Yeah, probably a good part of them dont have jobs, but for a good part of those people its because they CANT FIND JOBS.

Thirdly, smoking pot or being a "street bum" doesnt take away your constitutional rights.

  • @nibblerseven Don't talk as though veterans are a majority of the protesters, when I watch the protests all I see are street bums, and potheads. Maybe there are veterans which make up less than 5% of the protesters.

  • @TheRightThinker Alright, so suddenly our veterans are potheads.

So one second they are our brave soldiers across the seas fighting for freedom, and then all of a sudden they are nothing better than communist, drug addict, anti-semitic hippies who should be sent to the gas chambers or something because they are a burden on the rest of society.

Seriously, stop being hypocritical and actually listen to what you are saying.

  • that female vet can't even COMMUNICATE ...studder, pause, studder, pause, studder, pause...Couldnt the reporters at least find someone with effective communication skills

  • When I wrote that, it was being sarcastic...
