@scoutswimmer14 Thank you for watching the video. During the season you can have your athletes hurdle 2 days a week. Try mon & wed. and do flat runs on the track wed & thurs. you can check out my other channel DavidWarrenWorkoutsfor more information.

I am coaching hurdles for the first time with a mixture of levels of athletes. I was wondering if you have an idea of a good schedule for a single practice day as well as a extended goal schedule. Our first meet is in a month. I ran hurdles fairly successfully but trying to translate that into coaching is entirely different. Any help you can provide would be great. Thanks.

He's putting in his work at Long Beach City College. Great facility, and not as crowded with tons of individual athletes and teams interfering with your workout, like many of the other top-notch facilities in L.A.
