@KittyKatgirl13856 No... In Japan, or what I've seen from anime, little children will call someone older and/or someone they look up to onii-san, onee-chan, etc, which means brother or sister. It's not to be taken literally.

From what I remember from the series, he was able to just clap his hands instead of drawing circle because the palms of his hand would create a circle instead
