i cant get mine to work with any traktor can anyone please help

My shift button doesn't work at all, there is no LED and when I pushed the button nothing happens. This means I can't control the key or filter control. I have the exact same hardware and software, do you know how I can make this work?

I can't get any effects, the FX ON button doesn't light up when I press it. Does anyone know why?
(also, my shift button doesn't turn white as in this video. it works but doesn't light up)

i had mine 9 days, then the crossfader went down

does this turntable only work for traktor? can this table work on other programs such as virtual dj?

ellaskins hi ive had a RDJ2ME for a couple of weeks now i went to upgrade firmware but i must of done it wrong, now my two loop buttons left and right stay highlited
do u think its broke ??
can you do a video about upgrading firmware for traktor pro please
its happining to lotts of people can u give me a hand please ive uninstalled drivers rebooted and then installed but they dont switch off

@MrNoahSeuren You can take the Hercules DJ Control MP3 E2
I think its best for beginners cause it comes with VirtualDJ and thats really easy Traktor is many harder to learn and the Hercules DJ Control MP3 E2 is not so expansive.Ive got that Controller and i recommend it to you.
