Not being able to comment via G+, without joining "your" community, is not very mindful, nor democratic.

Regarding climbing, I'm not sure what to think....I've never thought about being "mindful" during a difficult climb, or move.....I tend to think this is regards people or the world or Life, not rock or mountain climbs..........but, simplicity, concentration, creativity, do come to mind regarding climbing.
