Hey all u need is cigarettes, and a mechanism to suck the cigarettes in the bottle in which u have some water.... In the video a computer cooling fan has been used. You can even use a hair dryer(in cool air mode) or even a low power vacuum cleaner (Say the handy vacuum cleaner).But make sure that you are exposed to the exhaust.And doing this as a project is a very good idea too,nice thought (Would create an positive awareness).All the best with your project dude.
