@wcb67 the C-17 was called to Christchurch to help out with the disaster effort, so you can't really complain about that. Connie flew on Friday and I agree with you on the rest. Would have liked to see the F-22's fly a display at the show. Saw them depart Avalon on Monday.

Misleading ad. I was there on 5 March, 2011. There were no F15's. The C17, no display, took off and disappeared never to be seen again.. Sea King flew past once with no display. No Super constellation. Why the duplication of F16's (Singapore and US)? I've been to all Avalon airshows since 92. This was the most disappointing.

just read on the airshow website that the B-1 B-2 and the F-22 are to be apart of the airshow
