No, I'm sorry, but I don't agree. Hugh did a good job, sure. I'll grant you that. But when I read the books? I see Tom as Lestat now, and -that- is the mark of a fantastic performance. I'm also certain I'm not alone there.

This actor can act well but no way he looks like Lestat. He seems like Marius, not Lestat.

someone put the show up on YouTube but it's a bootleg. There's accually 2 versions. One from San Francisco (out of town try-out) and one recorded the day before Lestat closed with Drew Sarich (usual Armand u/s Lestat) on as Lestat. You have to be clever to find them ;-) I watch them when I miss my FAVORITE show. :'-(
