The Art of Noise were a group of unique innovators in experimental synthpop music. For their diverse sound they rely heavily on the Fairlight CMI, a then state-of-the-art electronic instrument that modulates digital samples in different ways to give a unique effect. This, their debut EP, was the first record in ZTT's blue Incidental Series. "Moments in Love" was cross-released on this EP and the "Who's Afraid of the Art of Noise" album.

I am sharing the entire EP, both sides. Each side will be in a separate video.
Track listing:
1. Moments in Love (0:02-10:07)
2. Bright Noise (10:07-10:13)
3. Flesh in Armour (10:13-11:35)
4. Comes and Goes (11:35-12:51)
5. Moment in Love (12:51-14:18)

Huummmm along with Trevor Horn and the AON!

  • Too bad this recording is sped up. It should time about 14:30, not 14:19. Get the remastered version.

  • @pszymczak It's my turntable that's playing kind of fast. I've now got better playing equipment now anyways, so expect a re-upload in the near future.

  • @harrisonaard1

Burningshed have leftovers of the album from Record Store Day.

  • @harrisonaard1 Good luck on finding it!

  • @OldMusicOnVinyl1 AAAAAAAaaaaaaaarrrrggghhhhh! Well, hey. It was your day. Good luck.

  • @harrisonaard1 You'll find it very hard to believe that I found it for only $1.75 at the local thrift store... :D

  • Vinyl cleaner by 'AM' and an audio cd recorder would make this as spanking new as you could get. However, thank you so much for putting it on . Such a lucky bugger for finding it. I'm so Jealous, even if I already have all the CD's, this is THE one to have.

  • @cbfall I agree, the whole record is very unique for its time!
