To meet Alice is a wonderful thing, because she is a Brighton girl. Very unassuming and full of wit. Her voice I would put amongst the great tide of true greats and I an so very proud that she is from my country. Alice my dear, look after those pipes! Break open the door and find a way to stay there.

Alice Russell is from the Aretha Franklin school of soul. Her voice is very,very, soulful. For years she was in the studio singing for producers and other artist. Some say Joss Stone or Amy Winehouse is the best blue eyed soul coming out of the E.U. I feel Alice is the royal heiness. If you close your eyes and just listen to her voice, you do not see color. You just hear a pure soul singer.

This is a great piece of content and I applaud you guys posting it on YouTube. But one of the wonderful things about the internet is that your TV segment time restraints no longer exist. I would love to see full versions of both of Alice's performances and her interview up on YouTube instead of the butchery above.
