@Samurailord It's now the divers that are the problem. It's the lack of other means to make money and the fact that these huge companies are exploiting them.

they are diving for 3 hrs to a depht of 115 ft, and they are decompressing 1 hr -- in diferent level depht, ----- very interesting --- and

I think it'd be a good idea not only to teach them basic diving physics but also how to "harvest" without harming the environment too much. I'm afraid that a better understanding of diving theory would only lead to an increased exploitation of the underwater environment.
But then again maybe i am very wrong about their mentality :)
