This woman is a GANGSTALKER. She is just one of many Gangstalkers who are using their cp's to help track/gps the location of TI's. I know this, because I am a TI, and ANYTIME/ANYWHERE I go/am out, several of them will show up EXACTLY WHERE I AM and they are either talking on the phone or will start calling/fiddling around/ or just holding them open (signal is transmitted)

I believe they may be receiving Gov't compensation for this illegal activity
They don't like being recorded, but I DON'T LIKE BEING STALKED, either. Fair is Fair.

Some of mine will come in a store and buy nothing, just lurk. Some will come in and buy ONE item, then leave just as I've checked out. Sometimes, they'll come in as a group and do their regular shopping so they can stand behind or in front of me in line.
