i do ciruit training in the afternoon. i use 60 pound dumbells while wearing a vest. i do leg extensions,suats,presses,rows,
flies,dips, and urls. 4 sets non stop. i find it very hard. is twice a week suffice. -

one problem i had or now.. one problem i worry about is.. hey.. we all like big muscles and stuff.. but i like running and cardio. how do i continue to get bigger but without affecting cardio ?

It's a delicate balance. Gotta get enough clean calories and make sure you space hard cardio days and hard strength training days far enough apart to be recovered. It can be done through trial & error. Have fun!
