The LOC Method is a great way for naturals or those who are stretching their relaxers to moisturize and keep their hair soft and manageable as well as the ultimate goal which is growth.

Each letter represents an ingredient for the process:

L - Liquid (by the way, water is the best moisturizer and relatively inexpensive)

O - Oil (some of my favorites are Olive, Coconut, Jojoba, Camellia, Shi- Naturals Growth Elixer... to name a few)

C - Cream (if you have a favor creamy leave-in conditioner you can use this as well, but be careful as to not over use - I would recommend saving the creamy leave-in conditioner for wash day and use another cream for this process if you are doing it more than once a day or once a week).

Now, if your hair is already pretty moisturized, this process can be done once a week, however, if you are like me and have very dry hair (can you believe even having fine hair, it can get dry) you might need to do this morning and night for a week or two to give your hair time to get a good moisture level and then perhaps do it two or three times a week or as you see the need.

Please come and join us over on Hairlista at The L.O.C. Method and let's get our hair in great condition.
