  • Got tight hips and such so thought about these. Just finished a circuit of 6 of them with 45sec rest intervals followed by light weight front squats practicing technique.

    I'm beat...conditionally that is. :D

  • have you tried doing them after your workout?

  • How many circuits of this would you do. What is this type drill recommended for? Good for warm up on squat day?
