You fall at terminal velocity, that's why it doesn't feel like a rollercoaster which is pulling you down and make your stomach go up. It's like floating on a cushion of air, it's the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

if you jump from a hovering helicopter or a static balloon you get the tingle sensation,i did a tandem jump from a sea king at 10,000 feet in the hover, it felt weightles for about 10 secs we did two forward rolls it was ace!!
