بلدة جب جنين البقاع الغربي, Jib Jannine. Jib Janinne is the center of the Western Bekaa district, it is located on a mountainside at an altitude of 930 meters above sea level and located 68 kilometers from Beirut, an estimated population (12000) and the people around (4200) housing units.
Jib Janinne, considered one of the largest towns in the Western Bekaa, and because of its old age and location in the center of the judiciary has become a commercial bank of the Western Bekaa, where some Banks and economic institutions are present.
Jib Janinne is one of the most important villages of the Bekaa, where the number of schools are4, Jib Janinne formal schools and special schools and also a private hospital as well as a center for the Red Cross, and - a center for civil defense.
There are several restaurants and places of entertainment and an outlet for the people of neighboring villages in the western Bekaa and Rashayya.
