Robert Ferrand, inventor of the Saddletech system, demonstrates how to fit a saddle, using a thermoformed plastic orthotic, and 3-D measurement. Using the three dimensional Saddletech Guage, and a measured manufacturing method, Ferrand not only fits the saddle, but also proves that saddle fit using computer interface pressure measurement.

  • LOVE that he said "unobtainium"!

  • You won't ever get an English saddle to fit a horse.

Riding is not about just sitting down your full body weight.

Your weight distrabution while riding is approx. 40% seat, 20% thighs, 40% sturups.

Until people learn to evenly distribute their weight while riding in motion all saddle fitting is near a waist of time.

This is why man invented the Car.

    Horses aren't for everone.

This is why so many search for the perfect saddle.

    There is none.

Horses are hoping for the perfect rider. few
