This was a clone that was even better than Tempest 2000 / Tempest 3000. The guy tweaked the gameplay and reintegrated some of the gameplay from the original Tempest. He also took the music directly from T2K.
The game runs fabulously on modern PCs. I run it at 1920x1080 on my PC with all the graphics settings to the max including antialiasing. I recorded the video with a screen capture program so excuse any stuttering due to the capture program. The game itself is flawlessly smooth. For the recorded video, I had to shrink the resolution and the framerate to keep the video size manageable (plus Youtube adds extra compression on top of that). On the true PC, it'll run at 100+ fps at 1920x1080 so it's much smoother and sharper on the PC than in the video.

nice to see thay kept the original jaguar music but there is far to mutch going off on the screen you cant see wtf is happning.
