It never ceases to amaze me how far these signals can travel. Fancy picking up Australian television in the Netherlands. Just incredible.

It's a shame this documentary is in Dutch. I'd love to know what he was saying.

@lumabi25 He talks about the different stations he was able to receive, he was asked which "reception" he was the most proud of, the answer was a station he received once out of the extreme south part of Brazil. He was asked if he would switch to digital TV-DX, now that most stations are transmitting digitally, he said no. He said that he had enjoyed the hobby for 47 years, and he was happy with his TV-DX achievements, and that he did not want to have to get new equipment.

That was about it.

Thanks for the upload. Remids me of my DX days in Goa, India. I had a 13 element VHF antenna & booster & could get very clear (March-May) - Abu Dhabi 5, Muscat7, 8 & 9PTV (Karachi), Yemen(sometimes), Iran2, rarely Djibouti.

With UHF, could get hazy Dubai2 & some USSR channels.
