OKAY LOOK GUYS. WHAT HAPPENS IS THIS: You download it. it runs excellently. and then suddenly as soon as you try to move them into a house it WILL PROBABLY freeze up and you will have to hold the power button on ur computer to shut it off. PLEASE HELP!

I did all the steps that you showed me, and it was downloading just fine at first. It took almost 20 hrs to download completely and when it finished downloading, it just said Error and has a red exclamation mark on it! i tried everything from disabling firewall to changing the settings completely. i downloaded it again, and the same thing happened….. PLEASE HELP!!

btw, my sim's bodies always are completely black in Create-A-Sim, like the textures dont want to load. I can mess with the hair, the appears fine, but when i play them their portraits (not the sims themselves) appear bald. Help, or at least clarification to why this is happening?
