@ab88Hype atually aliens vs predator, doom and wolfenstien 3d are good and were the only reson i got a jaguar and yes the 3do was much better

@lutzdify - Yes, and it costed 2.5 to 3 times more than a Jaguar. It was doomed from the start.

The jaguar was actually a hybrid 16/32bit machine. Its overall sound capabilities were 16-bit like the Super Famicom/snes, while its graphics chip was 32-bit. And oh, 3DO is way better than the jaguar in nearly all areas! Its controller was hell of a lot easier to handle than the jaguars Chunky waffle-plate number-keypad abomination. The games on the 3DO were also more diverse in terms of 3rd-party support, not to mention the fact that it had better FMV capablilites than the Sega CD!!!

Considering it was 64-bits, worked against it because it made it harder for developers to create games for its "more advanced" system, the game library itself wasn't strong (its hyped up launch game "Alien" sucked), its controller was atrocious and it was expensive (but the 3DO was worse).
