I stayed on for seven of his leaps, then the turn of death came :L

I'm so glad he done this, I was beginning to think backing him wouldn't be all that fun hehe
But I was absolutely fine, got straight back on, and got back to what I was asking him in the first place.
he's still getting the hang of "oh, she's on my back". He's so used to jumping about the arena and nothing happening, he doesn't know people can fall off him haha after I came off he jumped right back incase he stood on me, then took wee baby steps forward to see if I was still alive haha

He's just realising that he can have a bit of a mess aout though too, but apart from that he's still been absolutely fantastic :)
Only cantered him twice on each side so far, correct lead EVERY time :P
He also halts square about 9 times out of 10.
And this little dude is FIT.
honestly, most of this video was taken in one night, not a DROP of sweat from the wee guy, when I let him go he followed me down the field a bit then cantered off to play with his friends.!
His balance for a baby isn''t too bad either, or his attention, he really listens to your seat and leg aids.

He absolutely loves jumping, no joke, as soon as there's two wings out he'll walk inbetween them, he walk over all the poles you put down, just because he can, and on a few occasions he's just taken me into a jump..
Is that not a little strange? hahaha

So yeah. I wasn't planing on giving a jump ago for a good few months, but last night he was just pulling me towards it so I thought why not haha
But yeah, now we're just focuing on flatwork, I don't think he's ready for that, even if he thinks so lol
My legs are all over the place at some points, that's mainly because my boots kept getting caught through the stirrups and I was trying to get them out just ncase :)
I'll stick to socks next time.. or just bareback! there's an idea!!
(everyone at my yard slags me for riding bareback all the time haha they told Jumanji not to bother getting used to the saddle cos he'll never have to wear it again LOL)

So please no crit, I am the very first one to say I am not exactly one of the best riders in the world, so really, there's no need to point out this painfuly obvious fact.
I love my wee po, and I don't want this to become a "lets get him all trained proffesionally and get him jumping 1.30 courses and doing top level dressage", he's my wee boy, and we just wanna have fun, and that's exactly what we've been doing!

He's a wee star, and such a character :)

So thankyou SOOO much to EVERYONE who has commented me about him, and sent emails, and subscribed, and just for being so nice.
I mean 380 subs! never thought I'd see the day!! so thanks!
