http://www.ayala.com.ph This was the speech of Fernando Zobel de Ayala before nearly 2,700 delegates at the 2009 Philippine Ad Congress. He spoke at length about sustainability and the need for the global business community to adopt a new kind of enlightened capitalism.
I'm for enlightened capitalism as well

Enlightened Capitalism is unrealistic as long as greed and consumerism drive global markets. We must change how we assign value to companies and reward that positive behavior. Equally those who ignore it must be penalized.
Yet this is not enough. Without the redistribution of global wealth, equality and the ability to eliminate the cycle of poverty will never happen. As long as wealth is concentrated, capitalism will continue to be a destructive force against the best interests of humanity.
