using the magic box glitch carthage 2 get the flame thrower, not sure the number anymore, anyway, you'll need the sarin gas for this glitch. with the flame thrower approach one of the dudes on the cat-walks, either by Imani or the basketball courts. get right on the threshold of being in range (as soon as your character's gun raises and then shoot. if you do it right, the dude'll stay burning while still "alive." now, throw a sarin grenade at him. he'll die 350 times per grenade thrown. try it

so basically the only way to get the mark 23 is to go online... well, thats kinda crap aint it :(

@frogradar Or you can cheat and get a game shark or something. I got a few messages about SFOS being online again. There is a certain way to do it but I'm not sure if it works anymore since I didn't really try it.
