10/11/08: In preparation for the 2008 IPF World Powerlifting Championships in Canada, Sioux-z hits 230 pounds for a solid single. Sioux-z currently owns the Master's World Record in the bench press of 226 pounds @ 114 bodyweight and is looking to add to that in Canada.

This video was shot at Brown's Gym in Clark's Summit, PA. Brown's Gym is northern Pennsylvania's #1 training facility and is owned by Jim & Janel Brown. It's home to several national level powerlifters. Thanks again to Jim & Janel for their expertise and wisdom in helping us dial in Sioux-z's shirt.
