getting an underage drinking ticket will not ruin your life hahahahaha Ive gotten 2 and I'm on my way to law school

Supreme court has already ruled that schools can only require tests like this for optional, afterschool athletics. This is a 4th amendment issue. They can not apply this test without permission from their parents anyway.

Bullsh!t. I can already see some nazi *sshole harassing certain kids. Maybe the mother of the kid who died, should put it into a perspective of something that relates to what this is for, instead of her kid partying away from the school. I wonder what she taught her kid about drinking when she had the chance.

How about if they have the drunkard teachers/ staff , lunch ladies, janitors and bus drivers take this test daily too..is Foxboro having such a problem with drunkenness that this is the only measure they can come up with? I have a feeling my town is next, don't phase me, I home school my teen and he doesn't drink..and if I found out that he did, I wouldn't kick him out of my home for it or force him into classes for drunks.

schools are liable for the health safety & welfare of their students...if a kid went home drunk the school could be sued

most people support drug testing for welfare recipients...why is this any different?
Welcome to Soviet America, PAPERS PLEASE!

Notice how they always air supportive parents in their news clips. The state is always trying to find convenient excuses to circumvent privacy. Fear mongering is a successful tool in accomplishing this. Most citizens living in the northeast are easily duped into acquiescing to state demands. The only class of people that need to be breathalyzed, it's those within the Massachusetts legislature, and the local school board members.
