thats got power from hell 5 stars!!!!!!

yeah there is such a thing as too much power, especially if lots of obstacles like trees are involved.
I had a crude custom little go-cart that I completed the install of a YZ80 dirt bike engine on (previous owner started the project and I completed it.)
It was a small cart and it was really fast with that engine.
When you hit the powerband it broke loose easily even in 3rd.
It was a solid rear axle so you could do doughnuts all day long. The full YZ 80 exhaust pipe sticking out back was trick.

It's never too much.

Hi There, i finally found some one who has done a coversion, we are in the process of trying to order a snowmobile rotax engine from the states from a wrecker company, we import buggies from china that are really well built and handle well just need more power, 2 customers have changed to a KTM525 and V1000 honda but i think the rotax is the way to go

cheers
holly fuck where does it get that power

That vid was when it had a Aerodyne turbo on a '98 Polaris 700 snowmobile engine. The turbo was too much for the size of the buggie. On wooded trails it was dangerous! I was unable to steer. It currently has a natrually asperated Polaris 800 EV engine that works great.

i'm thinking of putting a yz/wr 450f engine in mine, good or bad idea, do you think it will work??

Someone with enough fab skills, time and money could put any engine in a Pilot. Would I put a YZ450 in one? No. These Pilots weigh 605 stock and the one you see weighs 800 lbs. I don't think the YZ has enough power or torque. There are easier/better swaps out there.
