They would inject children with a disease rather than a vaccine and tell the parents that only Jesus can cure the child and you should pray to Jesus. After praying they would tell the parents that they would take another try at administering the shot and this time they would inject the cure to neutralize the disease they injected earlier and would tell the parents that this was all the grace of Jesus.

Well thats because a huge majority keralites are extreme liberals and are communists.
