PROBLEM: Today's camcorders and webcams do a fairly good job at recording audio via their integrated / built-in microphones. Unfortunately, audio quality falls off drastically the farther away you get from the camera and microphone. If you want to walk around on stage delivering a presentation while someone videos you from the back of the room, forget it unless you have a wireless microphone to record your audio. OR, you can use an iPhone or other digital audio recording device that you carry with you in your pocket.
SOLUTION: Using a digital audio recorder gives you the flexibility to walk around while speaking... distance from the camera is no longer a factor. The audio recording device is literally right next to you no matter how far away you get from the camera.
In this video, I'll show you how I use a digital audio recorder to record great sound for my videos. I'll also show you a little trick I use to help me sync up the audio from the digital recorder with the video on the camera.
Nice concept, and well explained
