Members of Congress defend the constitutionality of the National Day of Prayer at a press conference on Capitol Hill. The press conference was held in response to U.S. District Judge Barbara B. Crabb's ruling that a federal law designating a National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional.

There is no ambiguity in the First Amendment. No Establishment of Religion.

Thank you Democrats and Republicans both for defending the national day of prayer.Maybe these useless judges should be elected instead of appointed.
The national day of prayer is for anyone that prays to any God,so how is it against freedom of religion or our constitution period.

It's much more than one "Goofball", maybe they are people who are very well educated and love God. So you are okay with the new Holiday that is a National Holiday - the Islamic one in September? The only thing they are celebrating in September is 9/11

An elected judge's opinion for what the Constitution says? Sure, but what we are hearing here is also one GOOFBALL's opinion about what the Constitution says.

This shows how important the midterm elections are. Christians have to get active to give both houses over to righteous men, to handcup an ungodly president. This could have been avoided all together, if the right judgement of God had been taught the pulpits rather than prosperity, and other tangents.

@christysgoodlife I'll second the motion.I am really tired of the judicial activism that has become the norm here in America. And we can only expect another radical will be appointed in the near future.Obama has already said he wants someone that supports Roe v Wade.God bless these people who will probably be mocked for standing united for the NDOP.

Kick her butt out the door since she cannot seem to respect our country's heritage. I'll Keep God!
