  • Even kinky hair (braids, afros, locks, etc.) is attractive and sensual. A kodesh nashim should not think because her hair is not silky, straight or flowing in the wind that she should not cover.

  • @MattatYah1 I never hinted at such a thing... just illustrating the emphasis on uncovered hair being sensual... you may be reading too much into my statement...

  • Lovely study part 1. I grew up with long, thick hair that was pressed and then permanently relaxed with chemicals and everyone from my mother to my sisters, family, friends, enemies, and MEN took way too much interest in my long, thick, beautiful hair. It became so bad that I hid it for years and still do to some extent. Ironically, when I went natural and had a low curly fro, many of the same people despised me, talked about me, ignored me, or put me down. The Most High knows what He is doing.

  • @shoshanahyahel Todah Achotiy...

    He absolutely does....

  • please do part two! enjoyed part one so much!

  • @heaventime50 Thanks Sis... Look in the video time-line above....

  • @marlonjbroussard No achi i'm not reading too much--just wanted to make the point that I beleive shoshanahyahel made so well, that naturally straight, chemically straight or naturally kinky we have a duty to The Creator to be chase in our conversation. In high school I was the least popular, but my long pressed/permed hair got me a considerable amount of attention. From fros to twist my hair captivated people. After growing locks men literally would follow me around in the stores. I COVERED!

  • great teaching

  • Love The Vids marlon! and your teachings on Shabbot!

  • This is very true. I can testify i to have been approached during times of being pregnant and with my children with me. Crazy.Uncovered of course. I, too, have covered over the years for afrocentric style. This is an excellent study and perspective.
